Learning Data Stored by the App

The app may store lesson progress, sentence practice activity, answers, mistakes, difficult items, review status, vocabulary progress, app settings and other learning information needed to provide the learning experience.

This learning data is primarily stored locally on the user's device and is used to show progress, schedule reviews, remember settings and help the user learn from mistakes.

The app does not require users to create an account and does not collect payment card information. If account, cloud sync or backup features are added in the future, this policy will be updated before those features are used.

Internet Requirement

The first iOS version is free and ad-supported. An internet connection may be required to request consent, load ads, and continue through ad-supported lesson or unit transitions. The first iOS version does not include Pro or offline purchase access. Android availability and Pro behavior may differ.

Ads

The free version may show Google AdMob ads. Depending on region, user privacy choices and Google policies, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process data such as IP address, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, product interactions, diagnostic information and approximate device information for ad serving, measurement, fraud prevention and security.

This data may be processed by Google according to Google's policies. More information about how Google processes data is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

In regions where consent is required, the app may use Google User Messaging Platform to ask for the user's privacy choices before requesting ads. When required, the user may reopen privacy choices from the app settings screen.

Purchases

The first iOS version does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, purchase restoration, or external payment links. Pro purchases in the Android version are processed by Google Play. The app does not collect credit card numbers, bank account information, or payment card details.

If Pro is introduced in a future iOS update, this policy will be updated and payments will be processed by the Apple App Store.

Data Sharing

The app may make data available to service providers needed to operate the released platform version. On iOS this currently includes Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform. Google Play and Google Play Billing apply only to the Android version.

The app does not sell personal information.

Data Security

Data transmitted by Google services is generally encrypted in transit. Local app data is stored in the app-specific storage area provided by the operating system.

Data Deletion

Users can delete local learning data from the in-app reset action or by uninstalling the app. Data stored in the app-specific area is deleted by the operating system when the app is uninstalled.

The first iOS version has no purchase record. Google Play purchase records mentioned elsewhere apply only to Android users.

Children's Privacy

The app is designed as an English learning app and does not intentionally ask users to provide personal information such as name, address, phone number or payment card information. If future features collect additional personal information, this privacy policy will be updated before those features are used.

Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when app behavior changes. The current version should always be published at a public web address.
