Pulse Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 21, 2026

Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Pulse: Neon Surge ("Pulse") handles information. Pulse: Neon Surge is a mobile arcade game published by Aryares. The game can store gameplay progress locally on your device and may display ads provided by third-party advertising partners.

No Account Required

Pulse does not require an account or sign-in. Aryares does not operate a Pulse account system and does not ask you to submit your name, email address, contacts, photos or precise location to play the game.

Data Stored on Your Device

Pulse may save gameplay information such as high scores, run progress, settings, tutorial status and preferences locally in the app-specific storage area on your device. This information is used to provide the game experience and is not uploaded to Aryares servers.

Ads and In-App Purchases

Pulse: Neon Surge may display ads. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob. Ad partners may automatically collect and process certain information from your device, such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, crash or diagnostic information, and approximate location inferred from network or device signals. This information may be used to show ads, measure ad performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve advertising services. Pulse: Neon Surge does not currently offer in-app purchases.

Store and Platform Data

Pulse may be distributed through Google Play or other app stores. Those platforms may process download, device, account, security, crash or diagnostic information under their own terms and privacy policies. Aryares does not control the platform-level processing performed by an app store.

Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Children's Privacy

Pulse is intended for a general audience aged 13 and older and is not directed specifically to children under 13. Aryares does not knowingly collect personal information from children through Pulse.

Data Deletion

You can remove locally stored Pulse data by clearing the app's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. Because Pulse has no user accounts and does not store gameplay data on Aryares servers, there is no server-side Pulse account data to delete.

Security

Local game data is kept in the app-specific storage area provided by the operating system. No method of device storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should keep their operating system and device protections up to date.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated when Pulse features or data practices change. The current version will remain available at this public URL with a revised update date.
