These Terms of Use govern your use of Pulse: Neon Surge ("Pulse"), a mobile arcade game published by Aryares. By downloading or using Pulse, you agree to these terms and any applicable app store terms.

Age and Eligibility
Pulse is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, you should use the game with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Personal License
Aryares grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use Pulse for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes on a compatible device.
Gameplay and Scores
Game rules, difficulty, scoring, stages, abilities and balancing may change as Pulse is updated. Local scores or progress may be lost if app data is cleared, the app is removed, the device is reset or a software issue occurs.
Current Commercial Features
The current version of Pulse contains no advertising and no in-app purchases. Aryares may introduce, change or remove features in future versions. Any future advertising or purchase features will be disclosed through the app, store listing and applicable policy updates.
Acceptable Use
You may not copy, sell, redistribute, exploit, reverse engineer or modify Pulse except where applicable law expressly permits it. You may not use the game to interfere with devices, services, security systems or the rights of others.
Ownership
Pulse, including its software, visual design, gameplay systems, text, audio, branding and other content, is owned by Aryares or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Availability and Updates
Aryares may update, rebalance, suspend or discontinue Pulse or parts of it. Compatibility can depend on your device, operating system and app store. Pulse is provided without a promise that every feature will always remain available.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pulse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Aryares is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the game where such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The current version will be published at this URL with a revised update date. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.
