QuantSeller Mobile Application Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

QuantSeller (the "App") is a mobile application developed and operated by Aryares LLC ("Aryares," "we," "us," or "our"). The App provides offline seller calculators, product-cost tools, materials and inventory management, bills of materials and production recipes, manual order planning, listing-readiness tools, and Etsy and Amazon selling scenarios.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is handled when you use the App, where that information is stored, when third-party services may process information, and how you can exercise your privacy and deletion choices.

This policy applies specifically to the QuantSeller mobile application. The App does not require a QuantSeller web account, an Etsy account, an Amazon account, marketplace credentials, an API key, or an OAuth connection.

2. Summary

• Business workspace data that you enter into the App is stored locally on your device.
• Aryares does not receive, host, synchronize, sell, or remotely access your local workspace data.
• The App does not provide cloud backup or cross-device synchronization.
• The free version may use Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. Google and its partners may process limited device, advertising, consent, diagnostic, and interaction information.
• In-app purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Aryares does not receive or store your complete payment-card details.
• You can delete local workspace data from the App's settings, clear the App's storage using your operating system, or uninstall the App.
• The App does not create an Aryares or QuantSeller account. Therefore, there is no server-side App account for Aryares to delete.

3. Information Stored Locally on Your Device

The App allows you to enter or generate business information, which may include:

• calculator inputs and calculated results;
• materials, components, units, suppliers, notes, unit costs, and stock quantities;
• reorder points and stock-movement records;
• products, product names, SKUs, marketplace selections, and finished-product quantities;
• bills of materials, production recipes, labor time, packaging costs, overhead, waste, and shipping assumptions;
• manual order references, customer codes, order dates, due dates, statuses, and notes;
• listing, photography, and product-readiness checklists;
• Amazon inventory-planning values and Etsy or Amazon scenario assumptions;
• language, currency, theme, fee, margin, ROI, labor-rate, and other App preferences; and
• a local indicator showing whether paid features are available.

This information is stored using local application storage on your device. Aryares does not operate a server that receives or stores this workspace information.

The App is not designed for storing sensitive personal information. You should avoid entering full customer names, payment information, government identifiers, health information, account passwords, marketplace credentials, or other information that is not necessary for your local business workflow.

4. Information the App Does Not Request

The App does not require or request:

• a QuantSeller or Aryares account;
• your name, email address, or password to use the App;
• Etsy or Amazon login credentials;
• marketplace access tokens, API keys, or OAuth authorization;
• bank-account or full payment-card information;
• your contacts or address book;
• precise GPS location;
• access to your camera, microphone, photo library, or personal files; or
• background access to your marketplace accounts.

The App requires internet access only for limited online functions such as advertising consent, displaying ads in the free version, processing or restoring an in-app purchase, and opening external legal or product links.

5. Advertising and Consent

The free version of the App may display advertising through Google Mobile Ads. Where required, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform to present consent or privacy choices before requesting ads.

The current version of the App is configured to request non-personalized ads. Non-personalized advertising does not mean that no information is processed. Google and its advertising partners may process information such as:

• IP address;
• device and operating-system information;
• advertising or device identifiers, where permitted;
• general or approximate location derived from an IP address;
• App and ad interaction information;
• ad impressions, clicks, frequency, and performance information;
• consent status and privacy choices;
• network information; and
• crash, diagnostic, fraud-prevention, and security information.

This information may be used by Google and its partners to deliver contextual advertising, limit ad frequency, measure advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, comply with law, and provide aggregated reporting.

The information processed and the legal basis for processing may vary according to your country, device settings, operating system, consent choices, and Google's configuration. Where the App provides an Advertising Privacy Choices option, you may use it to revisit available consent choices. You may also use your device settings to reset or restrict an advertising identifier where supported.

6. In-App Purchases

QuantSeller Mobile Pro may be offered as a one-time in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.

Aryares does not receive or store your complete debit-card, credit-card, or bank-account information. The App and the applicable store may process or provide limited purchase information, such as:

• the product identifier;
• transaction or purchase identifier;
• purchase status;
• store account eligibility;
• entitlement or restoration status;
• price, currency, and tax information; and
• information required to complete, verify, restore, refund, or prevent fraud relating to a purchase.

Apple or Google may retain transaction information under its own terms, privacy policy, tax requirements, and legal obligations. A completed purchase may remain associated with your Apple or Google store account so that it can be restored on an eligible device.

7. Support Communications

The App itself does not require your contact information. If you voluntarily contact Aryares or QuantSeller for support, privacy, legal, or business purposes, we may receive information that you choose to provide, including your name, email address, message, attachments, device type, App version, purchase details, or diagnostic description.

We use this information to respond to your request, investigate a problem, maintain support records, prevent abuse, comply with law, and protect our rights. We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, normally no longer than 24 months unless a longer period is required for security, dispute, accounting, tax, or legal reasons.

Please do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, marketplace credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in a support request.

8. How Information Is Used

Information handled by the App or its service providers may be used to:

• perform calculations and comparisons requested by you;
• save and display your local materials, recipes, stock, orders, checklists, and preferences;
• recognize locally enabled paid features;
• request and display advertising after applicable consent;
• provide advertising privacy choices;
• process, verify, and restore in-app purchases;
• answer support, privacy, or legal requests;
• detect fraud, misuse, security incidents, or technical problems;
• comply with legal and app-store obligations; and
• maintain and improve the security and reliability of the App.

9. Sharing, Selling, and Targeted Advertising

Aryares does not sell the product, inventory, recipe, order, supplier, or calculation information stored in your local App workspace. Aryares does not receive that local workspace information and therefore does not share it with Etsy, Amazon, advertisers, other users, or data brokers.

Google and the applicable app store may process information for advertising, purchase, consent, security, diagnostic, or legal purposes as described in this policy and in their own policies. Depending on the law where you live, some advertising-related processing may be defined as "sharing," "targeted advertising," or a similar term even when data is not sold for money. The App requests non-personalized advertising, and available Google or device privacy controls may be used to manage advertising choices.

We may disclose information contained in a support communication if reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security threats, enforce our rights, or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets subject to appropriate protections.

10. Legal Bases for Processing

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, information may be processed:

• to perform a contract, including delivering purchased App functionality;
• with your consent, including advertising consent where required;
• for legitimate interests, such as responding to support, maintaining security, preventing fraud, and improving reliability, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
• to comply with a legal obligation; or
• to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

You may withdraw consent through the available Advertising Privacy Choices interface or applicable device settings. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

11. Data Retention

Local workspace data remains on your device until you:

• use the App's local reset or deletion option;
• clear the App's storage through the operating system; or
• uninstall the App.

Aryares cannot set a remote retention period for local workspace data because Aryares does not receive or control it.

Operating-system or device backups may include App data depending on settings controlled by you, Apple, Google, your device manufacturer, or your backup provider. Deleting the App from one device may not delete a copy contained in an existing device backup. You must manage those backups through the applicable platform or backup provider.

Advertising consent records and advertising data are retained by Google or its service providers according to their policies. Purchase records are retained by Apple or Google according to their policies and applicable accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal requirements. Support communications are retained as described in Section 7.

12. Data Deletion

QuantSeller does not create a cloud account and Aryares does not store your local seller workspace on its servers. You can delete App data without contacting us.

To delete your locally stored workspace information:

1. Open QuantSeller.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select the local workspace reset or data deletion option.
4. Confirm the deletion.

You may also delete local App data by clearing the App's storage in your device settings or by uninstalling the App. These actions may be permanent. Aryares cannot recover local information after it has been deleted.

Deleting local App data does not erase an in-app purchase from your Apple or Google purchase history. Store transaction records and purchase entitlements are controlled by the applicable app store. Contact Apple or Google or use the store's account tools for store-record requests.

Deleting App data may not remove information contained in a device or cloud backup. You must delete or manage backups through your operating-system or backup-provider settings.

If you contacted us for support and want us to delete personal information contained in that correspondence, email support@quantseller.com with the subject "QuantSeller Mobile Data Deletion Request." We may ask for limited information to locate the correspondence and verify the request. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may retain information that must be kept for legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

13. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding personal information processed by Aryares, including rights to:

• request access to personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion;
• request restriction of processing;
• object to certain processing;
• request a portable copy where applicable;
• withdraw consent; and
• appeal or complain to a competent privacy or data-protection authority.

Because Aryares does not receive your local App workspace, we cannot access, export, correct, or remotely delete that local information. You can exercise control over it directly on your device.

For information processed independently by Google, Apple, or another provider, you may need to exercise your rights directly with that provider. We will provide reasonable assistance where required by law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

14. International Data Processing

Google, Apple, email providers, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their privacy policies describe their international-transfer practices and safeguards. Support correspondence received by Aryares may be processed in the United States or through service providers operating in other countries, subject to applicable safeguards.

15. Security

Local workspace information is protected by the security features of your device and operating system. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for:

• protecting your device with a strong passcode or biometric lock;
• installing operating-system and App security updates;
• controlling access to your device;
• avoiding unnecessary sensitive information in local notes or order fields; and
• maintaining separate records or backups for information that you cannot afford to lose.

16. Children's Privacy

QuantSeller is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children. You must also meet the minimum age required by the law in your location and by your Apple App Store or Google Play account terms.

If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through a support communication, contact us so that we can review and, where appropriate, delete it.

17. Third-Party Links

The App may contain links to QuantSeller, Aryares, Google, Apple, or other third-party websites. When you leave the App, information processed by the destination website is governed by that website's privacy policy. Aryares is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites or services.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, law, or our practices. The updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised "Last Updated" date. Where required, material changes may also be communicated through the App or the applicable app-store listing.
